Outdoor coaching and walking
At Mind & Body Walking, we believe that real insight happens when you’re in moving and surrounded by nature. We blend expert coaching with guided walks, helping both individuals and teams unlock their full potential.
Whether you’re an executive under pressure, a team facing burnout, or someone looking to reconnect with yourself, our nature-based programmes offer a powerful alternative to the traditional indoor session. Through movement, conversation, and the healing presence of the outdoors, we help you reduce stress, boost creativity, and reconnect with what matters.
Our coaches are highly qualified (ICF-accredited, mental health first-aiders, and mountain-trained walk leaders), so you can feel safe, supported, and fully held — no matter where our paths take us.
Ready to take a walk that could change everything? Get in touch to start your journey.
Walking is fantastic exercise – great for improving physical fitness and your mental health. Walking strengthens your bones and reduces your risk of heart attacks, Type 2 Diabetes and some cancers. We love walking and our team would love to share their passion for nature and the outdoors with you!
We have a special interest and qualifications in stress management and burnout prevention.
Mind and Body Walking also runs specialist Forest Bathing Sessions and Navigation Courses. These give you the skills to manage your time in the countryside independently!

🍂 learn simple mindfulness practices you can take into everyday life to manage stress and overwhelm

The day is designed for those who work with others such as leaders, managers, coaches, outdoor leaders, or health practitioners. You will also discover some practical, science-backed ways to weave nature connection into your work, enriching how you support people.
