Supported walking to achieve your goals
Many of us have a bucket list of adventures and goals that we want to achieve – this often includes places we want to visit, trails we want to walk down or challenges we want to undertake. At Mind and Body Walking we recognise that everyone’s goals and challenges are different – we don’t always want to go the hardest, or the fastest, sometimes to just go is an immense challenge for people – for various reasons, be them circumstantial, physical or mental. Our guided walks enable you to achieve your aims with the support of nonweldable and accomplished walk leaders who are qualified to lead you in the areas you are walking in.
