City Walks

Living in a town or city is no barrier to getting out walking, and many of our urban spaces in the UK have many parks and areas where nature is encouraged to flourish. The team at Mind and Body Walking has been fascinated by the work being done in the Improving Wellbeing through Urban Nature Project in Sheffield. https://iwun.sites.sheffield.ac.uk/ 

We want to improve access to walking and urban nature for people for people in the environments and have created a series of city walks which can be accessed at key times of the day to encourage people to get outside and walk.

Lunch time walks

 If you’re fed up of being chained to your desk every lunch time and would like a change of scene with like minded folk for just an hour of social nature connectivity then out lunch time city walks are for you. Take some time for yourself to breathe and recharge. These are invaluable as part of a Corporate Wellbeing Programme too. We are running these walks in Leicester, Nottingham and Derby at the moment.
